2. How does Diatomaceous Earth work?
Diatomaceous Earth works by piercing the skin of crawling insects or dehydrating them internally if ingested, which leads to their death within 48 hours. Pests cannot become immune to its effects.

Diatomaceous Earth can control a broad range of crawling insects including ants, cockroaches, slugs, silverfish, and fleas.

4. How should I use Diatomaceous Earth for indoor and outdoor control?
For indoor use against insects such as cockroaches, ants, earwigs and silverfish, lightly coat a thin layer in cracks and crevices. For outdoor use, create a 20% solution slurry by combining 1.65 lbs per gallon of water and spray only. It can also be applied as a thin layer dust up to 5 lbs per 3,111 sq.ft. Use in and around residential, commercial and agricultural buildings, livestock houses, on crops or stored grain.
